We send all of our parcels tracked and insured through Royal Mail, we aim to send all orders placed before 2pm same day. Tracking information will be added to your account towards the end of the day.

If you're not happy with anything you receive from us, we will be happy to refund the item, just contact us and we will arrange for a label for the item to be returned through Royal Mail
