Box - Outer box (Prince of Persia) has some wear on the corners and a small bit of the tab ripped off, and slight mottling on the inside cardoard.
Main Box is in good condition. 

Console is clean, minor signs of use, but overall in good condition (warranty seal intact)

Controller - has a small nick in the left hand, with some other minor signs of use also in good condition.
 
Game - Complete in box, artwork sleeve has some wear along the top, manual has bends and wear, a little crinkly, disc has some light marks.
